Refund

I took a contract with Cell c on the 19th of August, my first payment was on the 20 the of September but the debit order bounced. I waited for them to try again they didn't. In went to picknpay on the 28th and paid via easy pay. I paid R355 and sent proof of payment to them. On thev30 the of October my account was debited. I sent a request for a refund till to date no response. I called the call centre and i was told the amount does not appear. I just received the statement for this month and the amount does not appear. Unfortunately I don't have time Cell C to be always on the phone correcting your poor service. May ibkindly have my money back please as you will continue debiting regardless of whether my account is in advance. It didn't take even 2 months for our relationship to be messed up.
