Refund

I have not receive any joy in getting my money back from Cell C. Customer care has provided feedback stating that they have escalated this matter to their billing department since December 2021 till today my account has not been refunded. One has to follow up on their enquiry and the only thing the customer service will advise is that one must submit their documents which leads one to start the whole process afresh. This is a worst service I've experienced, they are ***** and full of empty promise.
