Cellc promised to payback my money which was deducted for the phone that I returned. Why do I have to wait for too long to get my money which was not supposed to be deducted out of my account. Iam not happy with cell c service. They are very good on calling us (customers) when they want us to use their service but should one having a problem cell c doesn't solve the problem until we as customers include a third party to intervene. I'm currently paying a phone for R130 monthly of 50 top up which I never liked when I called cellc contract department I was put thru from one person to another until I gave up just imagine paying for something you don't like for 24 months and I only started paying this upgrade in March. I don't want to deal with cell c again
