Refund

I bought a CellC moderm at a CellC store in Menlyn on the 28 May 2015, when I got home I the modern could not install and the following day I went to the store again they told me that the moderm the software is outdated, they tried to update it but they not win. Then I requested to be refunded my money since their product was not working. They promised to pay me my money after 7 working days but I never got the money and I went back to the store last week Friday the 05th June 2015 and they said they money will be paid the same day in the evening or later in the morning 06th June 2015. Till today they have not paid my money and I never recieved any message or a Call from the stire to explian what the delay was.
