Refucing to cancel my contract

I had cellc contracts that ended and where never renewed. I called for cancelation of the contracts. After few months they said I owe cellc money. I paid the money. After few weeks again they said I owe money again. I paid and send prove of payment. Now when I check my credit score cellc is still reporting that I missed payments. They are now reducing to send me cancelation confirmation letter.
