My cell phone was ****** last week so I attempted a sim swap and I was told that I was failing the security check, one consultant said my sim swap was successful and I should insert my sim card after four hours I waited but it still wasn't working so I called again in the morning I was told the swap might take up to 24 hours,I waited again still nothing until I called again and I was told I am blocked for 30 days,I really need my cellphone back and 30 days is a long time to wait because this number is on my cv's and I could be called to a job interview any time.please help me with a sim swap.
