Ref Number ***

<p>I lost a phone on 08/08 /2016 because i did not pass their stupid security questions i had to go to the branch and a report . That i have done and wait for 48 hours to get a ITC number . After an a week of not getting this ITC number I went to the branch again and they told me it was done and must wait for another 48 hours . 48 hours become days and when I do the follow up with the reference it was like its the first time they hear my problem . Funny enough you already traumatised by the people that help themselselves to your handset and you get traumatised bu Cell Consultants again . Cell C service sucks this is not the first time that htey are doing this to me . Worse part of it consultant also recommend that maybe I am *****ing</p>
