It comes as no surprise that Nelly has not reverted [on Monday] as promised, but Cell C has now placed my account on credit bureau XDS - with no further feedback - despite the fact that I have paid an average user-ship [R700.00] to them every month! It just goes to show that the last thing they are interested in are their subscribers! I unfortunately must wait until my contract expires [and make other plans in the interim] before I can find a more reliable contractor!.
