***, Cancellation of Debits & Refunds

I cancelled the Samsung Combo deal within 5 days after receipt thereof. <br> Cell C, Johannesburg acknowledged the return of the said order on 29.10.2015. <br> However, on 15.12.2015, my account was debited with the amounts of 155.01, and 197.29, respectively. <br> <br> Because of insufficient funds on that day the amounts of 115.00 x 2, also went off as fee-unpaid items. <br> Again on 30.12.2015, the same debits of 155.01, and 197.29, was raised from my account.<br> <br> After numerous emails to try and resolve my issues, no one was successful to cancel the debits and refund same. I have all the correspondence on record.<br> <br> I therefore demand the cancellation of the debit orders, refund and a written apology for my credibility which was brought into disrepute at my bank. <br> <br> Your assistance pertaining to the above matter will be much appreciated.<br> <br> Thanking you in anticipation.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Edward Adams<br> <br>
