Rediculous limit made on my account

<p>For some reason my limit was made as R500. I never requested and would never agree to this.</p> <p>James does not work there no more and the branch washed there hands of this problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>James assured me "the limit cannot be zero. I assure you I have made it R1 so that you do not have any surprises at the end of the month''</p> <p>Susiquently I used my data knowing it would automatically stop when my data is done.</p> <p>This is not the case. My account relects an extra R438.60 for this month.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am deeply ****ed off and unsattisfied.</p> <p>This is not treating clients fairly and I will not be reccomending cellc positivly in the future.</p> <p>I hereby retract my previous compliment!!</p>
