I added a recurring data Bundle to my monthly account which I know if not cancelled by the end of the month I will be billed for the next month too if not cancelled by the end of the current month. But because my network service provider does not allow me to speak to a call centre agent I was not able to cancel it. I finally got somebody’s phone the 1 July to call the network to ask for a product cancellation which the gentlemen assisted me with and I asked him if I am going to be billed for the current month which he confirmed I am not going to be. And Cellc is refusing to assist me. Also I have logged the case on the 6 July 2018 and somebody only called me today after I have attempted calling from other network cellphones because none of my 3 contracts would connect to the call centre so I can speak to somebody. The representative called me today advising it was my fault. Now how is it my fault that I cannot speak to a agent if my network provider does not give me the option to do so??
