reconnection promised via sms to be done in 6 hrs

Hi <br> <br> I get smses from cell c advising that if proof of payment is e-mailed to them then the line will be reconnected within 4 hours. i called cell c 4 times.. one call centre agent answered and asked my problem, then put me through to the rating service?? twice no one answered. the fourth person refused to give me her details and cut the call on me whilst I was speaking. She told me that my e-mail will be attended to in 24hrs and she said that there is no manager to speak to? is that the reason why cell c staff are so ***********, because there are no managers? how can I wait 24 hrs for my e-mail to be read if I e-mailed proof of payment and called as per their instructions for my line to be connected in 4 hours and no one helps me.
