Reconcile my account please!!!!
I have a contract with Cell C.. I paid them via there App.. upon phoning the call centre, I was told the payment is there, it must just be reconciled... Well, I got a threatening letter to inform me my service will be terminated.. I am sick and tired of the *********** service of this company.. no wonder they are in financial problems.. I want someone who knows how debtors and creditors work to call me please!!!!!!!??
