reckless, ******* and *********

I have been holding for this nonexistent legal department for almost an hour

I am completely appalled by Cell C's ********* behavior. I have been a loyal customer to cell c for years now. I called the to request that my contract be cancelled as i want to port the number to different service provider, this is for business reasons. Cell C decides that they would rather be spiteful and terminate the number, probably because I am choosing to port my number. this is unacceptable as it is a compete breach that puts me in a dangerous position as my banking is linked to the number amongst other confidential business. this recklessness is not only a compromise to client information but is a show of failure to take care of clients. i want my number reinstated immediately and if nothing is done about this i will be cancelling our internet account with them cause i cant be with a provider that acts in such poor faith.
