Recharge voucher dissipates into thin air

I bought an airtime voucher for Cell C at pep stores , voucher no:***, and loaded successfully. Got a message that I received 8mb of data and 8free sms after loading which also diassapeared. When attempting to buy a day data bundle I got a message that I have R0 airtime available. Phoned Cell C and spoke to Gift and Tshegofatso who both could not find any record of my having recharged my account today.

I have since restarted my phone and checked but still my airtime balance is R0, could Cell C find out where my airtime dissipated to?
