RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT-NOW NO MORE STOCK?

on 04 04 16 I ordered (2) Huawei LTE 5Gig Smart Data +15 Gig MiFi 150 mbps Rooter for R99.00 Today the 06 04 16 the order arrived only to find that the wrong products arrived, (2) 3G MiFi ZTE Rooters with 26mbps.<br> <br> I called the agent, he was not available and called back soon after. I was so upset about the order and he said he thought it was what I ordered. I said no, it was the one in the booklet as explained. He the informed me that they do not have any stock left?<br> <br> He told me to call 084 140 to cancel the deal, I said no I wont as it was not my mistake. He then said that he would sort it out and cancel the ones received as well as have them collected. He also advised me that they will receive stock of the LTE ZTE 150mbps routers in in a week or two whereby he will then call me to re-place the order as they will no longer have the Huawei.<br> <br> The agent did apologise for the mistake. I appreciate that, but It is unacceptable to now settle for something less (ZTE) than what I wanted after i was told they had stock. It is totally unacceptable! I still want the Huawei as per the deal still advertised! :(
