Received wrong phone

I phone in to place my order for an upgrade on the 7th of January 2016. I specifically asked for an IPhone 6s plus 128GB in colour SPACE GRAY. I was then told that there is no stock and you would have to order it with which I was fine. Today, 11 January 2016, I received an parcel, opened it up and it was an Iphone 6s plus 128GB in WHITE AND GOLD, which I have not asked for. You guys can even listed to the recording, because I still asked the lady to read out the order so that I can confirm it was correct. Now I need to wait another two to three weeks for cell c to uplift the phone inspect and have to order all over again. Just so you know that I will not be billed for any courier charges, because you guys are in the wrong here. You have proven me right again once more of how bad your service is becoming. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
