Received blacklisted handset with upgrade

<p>Since being a good standing customer with Cell C , I was contacted on regular base to upgrade. Finally upgraded in April 2016. During May couldn't use handset (receive or make calls). Handset finally handed in for repairs. Past the 21 days i have not received my handset back however rather informed handset is blacklisted. How this happened, Cell C Store in Durban was ****** and all recovered handsets was handed over to Cell C H/O. This how i received my handset directly from Cell C. Now no one can tell me what is happening or giving me a new handset but i have to pay my bill. I need to warn all Cell C customers please check and think about your business transactions with Cell C. </p>
