Received a wrong device

I have app**** for a cell c contract, I received a wrong device, I have requested for a collection of the device, on two occasions the request was canceled without me receiving the ccd number for ram couriers to collect, I reviewed the device on 3rd of March n requested for a collection of that device on the same day. But till this day I have not received the ccd number for the collection. N no one is calling me. The device might get ****** or be damaged because it's been long since I received this wrong device..
