RECEIVED A WINGLE INSTYEAD OF A WIFI

On communicating with Cell c on the 12/12/2015 I ordered a mobile wi fi and received a wingle , on contacting cell c to collect the incorrect item, I was told it takes 3 to 7 days, it was only collected on the 15.01/2015, what amazes me is that I have been a loyal client of cell c for about 8 to 10 years, when I do call the call centre to order the correct item, I can only order my wifi within the next 7 days, what service is this, its easy to take my business elsewhere as i can see that cell c clearly does not care about service and my frustration as this is on going.
