Received a call for swim swap after 5 days_Useless

Last week Saturday I went in store to do a swim swap and I was told i can do it over the phone. Now I've been waiting for almost a week now to get that done. I went into a cell c store for help after countless calls that provided me with different excuses as to why I WAS STILL WAITING FOR A CALL FROM THE SIM SWAP department. What was suppose to be a 2 to 4 hour wait turned into a Week.<br> <br> The last straw is them telling me they get an error and so they cannot do my sim swap. I must go to shoprite and get a Sim card and start from scratch. Why did I get a sim card from the cell c store in the first place and tell me 5 days later i should have gone to shoprite? Seriously, will i ever get my sim card working!!!<br> <br> I'm sure i'll have to wait for another week if not a month the way Cell C works.
