Reason not to use cell c ever!

This is worst cell phone network provider ever and I have used them all, also the worst customer care ever. You get transferred to 6 different departments just to get your cell phone number? why cant they streamline this better! Also worst shop assistants ever could not or would not help me get my old number back. I had to go in three times and ever time they tell me a different story or what I need too do not what they can do to help me, pathetic really they should be ashamed. I had to switch to the new numbers now. I have two sims with cell c one data and one contract but its taken them two months to try and help me and still nothing. I cant get calls if I don't have wifi and I cant get any sms from anyone, and I cant cancel the contract as well. This will be the last time I will ever use this network I'm cancelling this contract and I will be taking legal action as this is all because of bad service. I could not cancel the contract before the cooling off period because of bad service and when I wanted to cancel at the shop in the Grove mall they said no they don't cancel contracts in the shop. I need to call in really bad service, and when I finally had enough and called in too cancel, they tell me I need to pay. they must come and get their phone and the sims I'm done! I will tell everyone to never and I mean never ever use this pathetic service provider worst experience I have ever had.
