I had a contract with CellC and was supposedly paid up by C-cover earlier this year. Now I am getting calls saying I owe CellC. How? when the account was settled in January this year. I am being told the line was not cancelled. Do I cancel lines of CellC does that? Someone hasn't done their job properly. Please listen to the calls records between C-surance and your staff. Funny enough this case is taking you longer to investigate, even the query submitted that my number/phone is sending sms' s to an international number and I am not aware of and deducts my airtime. Your staff insists I sent those sms's but I have no such sms' s on my phone. Please check your records for all my calls and queries. I an not paying any cent and I demand my airtime back.
