Reaping people off

I entered into a contract with cell c on a month to month sim only data contract for R367 and my account has been debited for the past 24 months the same amount. I received an sms today on the 11 February 2025 that my account will debited an amount of R872 and when I enquired why I am being overcharged, I am informed by the consultant that my contract has expired and they have increased. The benefits remain the same but the amount has more than doubled. when I ask the consultant to cancel the contract because I was never told that the contract increase when it expired she insist i was told which i disagree, she told me i should have canceled and was informed . When I told to go get the recording when I took the contract she doesn't want to and tells me i have to pay an additional R500 and my contract will be canceled in March. I don't know why they don't cancel the contract cause I never agreed to such conditions. What I want is for the contract to be canceled because I did not agree to such condition that when a contract ends they will more than double the amount and also for Cell c to provide me with the recording when i took the contract because we are always told that we are recorded when we take contracts and the recording is available when we want it.
