Reaping off old helpless people

My Mum had a contract with them which she paid off sometime last year, they promised to cancel debit orders and that it has been paid off but right after that they took her away her only number that she has been using for years and years... Now she can't get any calls or use any of her internet banking to pay her workers! Please sort this out. Stop reaping off on old helpless people.
