reap off

First in February I received a massage saying I must enjoy my watts up for life, after I was asked to insert my device pin which I did and my phone went off. It started to re boot it self but it was showing a sim card I just left it, after it re booted it had deleted everything and I called cell I was told that it bcz I did not update a software. I told that person that I took a phone to Carlton cell c for upgrade but it was not successful he went on to say that the phone will crush. The past few weeks I had a problem with my Facebook it keeps on saying that I'm on a free mode I can't view my pics, they wanna charge us just to view pics while they were over charging us there past few years for call tariffs they never even refunded us customers now this cell c if you are in trouble don't try to make us pay for it please.
