Really Really bad signal quality from Cell C.
I do not know what has happened to the reception and signal strength of Cell C. Its seems that they are not maintaining their tower at all anymore, and also their backup batteries seems to be non existing. Its just a big sorrow to experience this level of service.

All sites are equipped with back-up batteries, however we experience high rates of vandalism and theft at network sites and as such have to constantly replace batteries. Theft and vandalism increase significantly during load shedding. In addition, load shedding depletes the efficacy of batteries, because they are not given adequate time to recharge. This means that battery backup becomes shorter every time.

11 Dec 2019, 15:07Is it not time to design your towers so that its more robust against vandalism and also more industrialized to failure during power out-stages. What you basically say is that you are accepting non compliance and the fact that you are in breach of contract does not bother you. Really this is terrible!
