Really poor service

What does one have to do to get some service from Cell C? On the 9th of October last year I had a problem with the message centre, at that time it took Cell C 10 days to sort this out as they had, and I quote, \a challenge\" with their system. Now the problem has re-occurred. I phoned Cell C on Monday the 11th and after being on the phone for 35 minutes was told that the customer service department could not help me and they were placing my complaint in the hands of the IT department, who would give me a call on Tuesday. This morning, in the absence of a phone call from Cell C, I phoned the call centre again to be told that they could not access my complaint number and that a supervisor from the technical department would call me back within 10 minutes. STILL NO CALL. This from a company which wants me to renew my cell phone contract with them!"
