Really poor service

I have had contracts with Cell C for about 14 years, recently I attempted to retrieve a voice message on my 'phone to be greeted by a pre-recorded message saying \You're new here ..."as I'm not new I 'phoned the call centre to ascertain what had gone wrong and was informed that Cell C had had a \""CHALLENGE\"" with there voice mail retrieval system and that they had sorted out the problem but would I please re-set up my mailbox. This I tried to do only to be told by the pre-recorded message was \""too long\"""
