Really **** network.

This network is disgusting. I have over 800 minutes on the contract. And it told me that I need to recharge to make a call. So I called the call centre. The lady then told me I need to load air time to call “special numbers” so I increased my account limit. Bought 90 min airtime for cell c to any network. Tried to call and it said recharge. I then called the call centre again. And the lady told me, no minutes is not airtime. I physically need to just increase my bill limit and call. That is airtime. What bull is this?? I pay for the minutes. The contract and everything. U cannot tell me what I can call who I can call?? I do not recommend this network to anyone. It is absolutely ****.
