Really less than desired

Dearest Cell C. it's me, you and Hello Peter again. I was eventually so frustrated by your lack of service I took the device back to the store I got it from. I was told there the device is under warranty and will be fixed, excl die screen that broke after it fell from a height of about 30cm. Great Gorilla Glass advertising there ! anyways ... was told today that I need to make a payment of R 12 000 for the repairs or I won't get the device back. Funny thing is the device stopped working even before I broke the screen ... have a look at my account, the first time I complained was about a month after receiving the device. I am so fed up with Cell C I can cry, being paying months on a service that does not work, now I need to pay R 12 000 for something that didn't work just so I can justify the R 700 I need to waste on you every single month. I have had no joy with Cell C - your support center is frustrating to say the least. if anyone reads this to get a feel on this company, PLEASE STAY AWAY !!!! it will only cost you money to not receive anything in return. I can't even speak to someone in Cell C, management details are a Government secret. I feel my only option left is ICASA and the Ombutsman.
