Really getting irritated with the utter lack of service.

Why is it so difficult just to get the settlement amount on my contracts in order to cancel? My debit order of R878 went off on the 1st, I want to know what the amount is I need to pay Cell C to get rid of these contracts? So its R2546.16 for the two lines, why must I wait for the 5th? Is my debit order not reflecting on your system or what? Because if I wait until the 5th what is the actual amount due going to be, you are very UNHELPFULL in advising me? Is it R6006.32 to get rid of Cell C?

And I have been advised someone will get back to me asap, still waiting....... Cell C is really the worst, even worse when you try to get rid of this parasite...
