REALLY FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER
I requested a refund to be paid back into my bank account but have been told cellc does not refund money back into people's account only into they cellphone account. Here is my problem my account is literally R30 per month. So even if you deduct money for the next 24 months the money still wont amount to anything close to a thousand rands.
I have been given the run around for 2 weeks only to be told that nothing can be done to get this money back. I need my refund as this is my money and it is officially *****ing if you refuse to pay me back my own money. This is not a credit I accumulated, as esplained the money was incorrectly paid into cellc and it is meant to pay for something else. Now I am being told that once again I have to wait for 7 working days as your 48 working hours is calculated at 8 hours per day.
Please resolve this matter urgently and have someone call me asap!!!

07 Dec 2018, 06:05So after patiently waiting another 7 working days, now officially waiting for a month for Cell C to resolve this matter, it appears that I was once again taken for a ride. My money had still not being paid instead and instead am being told the matter was resolve but still nothing has been paid back to me. I refuse to wait another 7 working days as I have already waiting for 3 of those. Making it well over 21 working days.
I was promised good results if I patiently waited another 7 working days but still nothing has been done.
Please sort this matter out as this has taken long enough and I have ran out of patiience. This is not how you treat clients who have stuck with you for well over a decade.
