Really disappointed and again disgusted at the lack of everything becoming to a service provider

Zero Stars. I don't know why you even give the option. Cell C is definitely not for consumers. My 95 year old grandfather is struggling to get a sim swop done after his tablet was ****** and which the retards at the branch didn't even insure at his instruction. OMG just shut it down. I can't even complain any more. Sell your business because you have no after sales care. No customer care. And no way to treat your long term customers with dignity. You cell C will not belittle my grandfather any longer.
