Really bad service

I am applying for car finance,little do I know cell c marked my contract in February as a late payment where my bank statement cleary shows the payment debt on time,later the in the year my contract expires even after letting them know it has my account is debt again,till today my credit report has not be cleared due to their negligence. Please don't make the mistake and use this company
