Really Bad service
I never had this bad experience before On the 26th of feb I btought my Samsung J5 in for repairs, got a helpfull salea advisor and everything was done fast, I got the Sms from Cell Repair and its ready for pick up from your store, today a month later they told me, that my phone has not being fixed due to a form the sales advisor did not let me fill in, I have to do everything over again What kind of service is this,!!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU WANT ME TO WAIT ANOTHER 21 DAYS TO GET MY PHONE BACK This is really unacceptable My repair nr is WPBRA321257 The phone nr is ********** 804
