Really annoyed

I'm again coming here to review cell c... This company is a bull**t company.... I spoke to a consultant for over 30 minutes telling her I settled the acc, she says they miscalculated.. I don't know when they would've told me that if I didn't contact them... Asked again for a settlement amount asked for it to be smsd and guess what it's not the same one... I paid the one on the sms and requested a paid up letter... The decency of the agent telling me I was told how much to pay when I asked him/her for the balance... I'm so annoyed with cell c, it's not even funny.... If you're not already using, just stay away, they are ****** shame..
