Really am fed-up with Cell C

I have been trying for 4 weeks to unblacklist my phone and to unblock my sim card. Firstly I spoke to 2 consultants which said I must get a affidavit and ID, faxed it through to the number they provided. After 2 business days I called again, which another consultant said I must also get a unblacklisting form, then again I faxed and e-mailed all my documents, affidavit, ID and form. After 3 days I contacted them again, which then they said that it went to the \back\" department, wherever that is for unblacklisting. Then I asked if I could speak to her manager, he eventually discoverred that the form I have sent through are too dark, I again e-mailed them the clear copies on Monday, which they e-mailed me back that a consultant wil phone me within two business days. NOBODY PHONED...I phone them again. Which a lady by the name of Karabo Lekoloane said that Cell C will contact me before close of business today...so in other words I AM REALLY FED-UP by CELL C. "
