Reallocation of Funds

Good day,

It is going on for three months and I am waiting for someone in Cell C's finance department to reallocate funds. Currently, my account is showing in arrears: - changed package in February - was not aware that my reference number changed - estimated 20-plus emails have been sent to show I have paid - Now I am waiting for finance to reallocate these funds. - While waiting I am on ITC for bad debt - does anyone care at Cell C - NO - I get daily calls from collections and have to explain and resend emails, I even had a lady putting the phone down in my ear. I do not listen to her???? - no manager is ever available to assist - I am not allowed to speak to any person that is responsible for reallocating funds, no idea why not????
