Real Deal refund

I requested for a refund on the Real Deal subscription from the 02/06/2015 on which I requested for it to be cancelled. I logged my request on the 17/08/2015. This fee was deducted from my account after numerous requests to cancel it. It appear my query is shelved aside. Until this day my query has not been resolved. I called Cell C customer services and was told that someone will get back to me and this is from their \ Team leaders ". The service I experienced is pathetic and would not recommend any one to Cell C. Their staff is insufficient and don't understand there position and customer complaints. """
