Real bad service

I received a Huawei P8 Lite phone with a Cell C contract on 21/08/2016.

The phone died 10 days later and I took it back to Cell C The Glen and it was send in to the service centre on 03/09/2016.

I was told on 13/09/16 that the phone would be replaced and went the same day to collect it.

Now what I received back was a refurbished phone that had a scratch on the glass and could not conect to my wireless network at home.

I took it back to the store and it was send back to the service centre.

The consumer law state that the phone should have been replaced with a new dewice.

See below.

IMPORTANT:
The choice is the consumer’s: the supplier cannot force a consumer to opt to have the
goods repaired if the consumer wants a refund or replacement. The consumer can insist on
a cash refund instead of a store credit or vouchers, or on a replacement with something
similar at no additional cost. The supplier must bear the costs of collecting and/ or replacing
the defective goods.

Sorry to say that I got acall from Cell C but the person only said that they will look into it but have not have any feedback since.

I don't know why they even called me if they can not give me any type of answer to my problem.

You are wasting my time and your company's money.
