Good day; I would just like to thank Ndlovu (Cell C customer line services) & Brilliant (Cell C head office) for attending to my complaint on the 6th of Dec '17. They did an excellent job; I received my new device within 5 working day and my new upgrade was left as is.
I truly appreciate the efforts and loyalty towards a paying customer.
