RE POST FROM 24 AUGUST - NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME FROM CELL C YET ---- WHAT ARE YOU HIDING- A BUNCH OF *******............

<p>A BUNCH OF *******............</p> <p>I logged my complaint on Helo Peter in July this year which was resolved however i was informed that instead of crediting me the monies that were taken, Cell C credited my contract. Nelly Mamotheti from Cell C assued me that the debit to my account will be in October due to the credit being passed. Low and behold this month a debit of R 145.00 was taken from my cheque account. I have emailed Nelly on Monday and have left 2 mesaages for her to call back bu to no avail. Furtheremore she has not provided any clarity with tegards to my subsequent emails to her in July after the initial complaint. Why call it social media team CELL C, when your customers are not being treated fairly (TFC). I WANT MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED BACK TO MY FNB ACCOUNT TODAY AND RESPONSES TO MY PREVIOUS EMAILS TO NELLY ANSWERED. </p>
