RE: Contract Migration
<p> </p> <p>So finally got a reply from the cell after escalating the matter and they are firm and just in the fact that the price for a 100GB migration stands at R999 but as of tomorrow it jumps to R1599, so the can push prices sky high and don't give a damn about their customers. I've tried to migrate as I say on a few occassions this month but no on told me about such an increase.</p> <p> </p> <p>All in all, they don't can't give me an answer cause they want to call me after 5 mins and still can't come up with a solution.</p>

01 Feb 2017, 07:50Customers were notified about the price increase via sms in December 2016 and it was highlighted on that sms that the changes would be effective from the 1 February 2017.
Yesterday, Lungi in our team contacted you and provided clarity regarding this matter and advised of packages which may be suitable for your needs.
