Cellc is really cheating me. It keeps doing ******* debits in my bank account. It billed R142.00 from my account of which is *******. I am not happy about that. Last my month I cancelled that and my reference was ***4. But it seems as if that is not cancelled because it keeps on billing.<br> <br> Please assist me. My direct line is: ***
