Rarest of call centre agents.

I am mailing with regards to a certain agent that gave me a call on one of my cell c products that I have had for the past 4 years. Too be honest I would normally tell people to F-off as they are irritating and waste of my time. This agent that called me is named Eugene Jones. I have never spoken to anyone in a call centre that was so supportive and well mannered. At first my idea was cancelling the contract with cell c as I did not use it anymore. I'd like to inform you that because of Eugene Jones I will not only renew my contract but will also be moving my cellphone contract from Vodacom towards Cell C. <br> <br> Thank you for being the only network that will actually get competent and well-mannered people working for you in customer service. It really does not go unnoticed. <br>
