Random WASP added to my WASP

<p>I have been billed for a WASP service that I never opted in for on my LTE line. Cell C has no accountablity, they blame everything on the WASP service providers or me the client for opting into a subscription service. This is ridiclous. I was then told all they can do run reports and I need to phone the company who set up the subscription service on my account.<br /><br />My question is how can Cell C allow this companes to take money off their customers accounts with out them knowing?</p> <p> </p> <p>Then secondly do nothing to protect thier customers when it happnes!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
