RAM Hand to Hand Couriers for Cell C is FRUSTARTING!!!

I have had the most irritating experience with Cell C and their delivery partner RAM Hand to Hand Couriers. Its the second week that i am waiting for my parcel, made arrangements so that I can be the person receiving my parcel, and for the second time, they are telling me my address is incorrect. No one called, no one made an effort to get a hold of me and make me aware that they are on their way - just an automated whatsapp message which is really not user friendly, because you cannot talk to anyone directly.

I wasted my time and throughout the whole day I waited for a delivery that did not happen. If there are any issues with my address, someone needs to let me know before they leave with my parcel. Not look for my address and consider it a failed delivery because they did not get it on the so called "waybill" i am really irritated, because it take my time out of work and now I must make another arrangement for this. Its now my problem to make sure that this delivery is made. Utterly disappointed, and frustrated. Such unprofessional service....when did they driver realise the delivery is not on their "waybill"? and what stupid process is this? A better process needs to be implemented. This is nonsense.
