****** used as an excuse for incompetence

Cell C at Victoria Centre has to be the worst Cell C branch to ever exist. About 2/3 weeks ago my brother went in to get an upgrade and whilst receiving the new phone my mother decided to take the same deal and upgrade her contract. Today we went through to the store as my mums caller ID is not showing even after multiple setting changes, and her contract deal for data has yet to come through. We had been dealing with Rory from the start of this whole saga and in all honesty he has to be the worst cell c employee. When we had collected my phone, Rory was busy and the phone was handed over to us by Sandile. When we went through to we explained the following: The phones number is on private Incorrect contracts were printed when we had collected the phone. (My iPhone contract was printed instead of the Huawei P30 lite contract) The bundle deals for this contract were not received as yet. When explaining to Sandile that he was the one that issued the phone to us, we were basically told that we were lying which irritated both my mum and I. A screaming match then began between Sandile and ourselves. The manager LaMusa then appeared asking to speak to my mum and myself away from Rory and Sandile. While speaking to Musa, We hear Sandile Tell Rory that “if he was we a lighter color we wouldn’t be shouting at him”. This statement made me lose it to be honest. Firstly Sandile, it has nothing to do with race. I have met many *********** individuals and the word *********** is not based on their race. So please, stop using race as a distraction for your horrible customer service. You are arrogant and a shameful representation of the cell c brand. Please guys, never visit cell c Victoria centre unless you want to be deemed a ****** for asking for the product that you paid for to work. If anyone knows how I can tag Cell c head office in this please help.
