****** AND UNDERMINING SERVICE RECEIVED AT VANGATE BRANCH

wooow what an unprofessional, *********, ****** behaviour I have just expereinced at Cell C at vangate Mall branch in Cape Town. waited 2 hours to be told I do not qualify for the phone contract after everything was processed and was told to wait for documnets to be sent. Th e manner that we were told by was soo unprofessional and no answers could be given instead was told "we can dial the call centre were they do the credit vetting/rating and we can put on LOUD SPEAKER so that you can hear what they say as we cannot overide it......I have been using Cell C for a couple of years and I will never use or recommend this network to anyone.
